  3. A written proposal and flat monthly quote

    From the assessment you get a written proposal with a flat monthly price, scoped to your environment. There is no obligation and no pressure to sign. You get a clear picture of what is covered and what it costs.

  4. Onboarding

    If you move forward, onboarding brings your environment up to standard: an inventory of your devices and systems, a security baseline (MFA, hardened Microsoft 365, tested backup), and rollout of continuous monitoring and Huntress managed detection and response, a security team watching your systems around the clock.

  5. Steady state

    From there it is ongoing: one point of contact who knows your setup, continuous monitoring that catches problems before they become outages, and a month-to-month agreement rather than a multi-year lock-in. The relationship is earned every month, not signed away up front.
