Two ways we price
Most small businesses are best served by a flat monthly agreement: a single predictable cost that covers monitoring, support, security, and Microsoft 365 management for your team. It's usually scoped per seat (per person using the systems) or per business, depending on how your environment is set up.
For one-off work that isn't ongoing (a cloud migration, an office build-out, a hardware refresh), pricing is project-based: a scoped quote for a defined piece of work, so you know the number before it starts. Existing managed clients get most project work folded into their agreement without a separate engagement.
You get a quote after we talk, not before
Every business is a little different, so a real number requires actually looking at what you have. The starting point is a free 15-minute consult: a straight conversation about your setup, your team size, and what you need. From there you get a written proposal with a flat monthly figure. No obligation, no pressure to sign.
That's also why you won't find a price list on this page. A number pulled out of the air before anyone has seen your environment isn't a quote. It's a guess, and you'd end up paying for the padding.
No long-term lock-in
Engagements are structured as ongoing monthly agreements, not multi-year contracts you can't get out of. The goal is to earn your business by being genuinely useful every month, not to trap you in paperwork. If it isn't working, you're not stuck.
Why flat-rate pricing is on your side
When you pay by the incident, your IT provider quietly does better the more things go wrong. Flat-rate pricing flips that around. With a fixed monthly cost, the incentive is the same as yours: keep your systems stable, patched, and secure so nothing breaks in the first place. We do better when your week is boring.
That's the whole model. Continuous monitoring, proactive patching, and security as the default aren't add-ons you get billed for after an outage. They're the point. Prevention is cheaper than recovery, for both of us.
